I recently visited Nashville for a black tie wedding. It was absolutely beautiful and we had so much fun. It was set outside of Nashville on the groom's family farm and the view was breathtaking. The rolling green hills made for the perfect outdoor wedding. After leaving, Andrew and I both said we needed to go back and visit soon.
I had a blast looking for the perfect dress. I found this dress at Cheeky Vintage and knew I had to buy it the minute I saw it. The strapless top met with a bow was definitely the focal point of this dress. The floral fabric reminds me of my Grandmother. She always wore floral printed blouses. That's always a good memory.
The accessories were just amazing! The Vintage Contessa is a hidden gem that I found out about from Caroline Knapp of House of Harper. I'm so glad I went to visit this store because they have so many fabulous pieces. I chose this vintage Chanel bag for my week in Nashville. It's just the right size to hold your credit card, phone and lipstick. All the things I needed for the wedding. I'm sure you know that you can never go wrong with a Chanel handbag and I pretty much fell in love with this pink number.
The jewelry was just icing on the cake. Gumuchian is a jewelry company made for women by women. They have a great selection of delicate pieces and were the perfect fit for my black tie event. I knew the dress didn't need much but gold and diamonds were just enough to keep the look classy. I'm obsessed with the yellow gold Floating Daisy ring. I received numerous compliments and was sad the day I had to send it back. Thank you to Gumuchian for the beautiful jewelry, it definitely made my outfit. xo!
