Happy Tuesday! I hope you had a nice and relaxing Labor Day Weekend. Hopefully you didn't do too much "laboring" and got to actually take a break. We had a great weekend at the lake doing nothing but relaxing on Saturday. Sunday was filled with driving to Austin and doing a little tailgating before heading into the University of Texas football game. If you got a chance to watch the game you already know it was quite interesting and definitely a great game! Hook'em Horns! Andrew was on cloud 9 after the game and it was a really fun one to be at, that is for sure. We didn't get home until 1am so that called for lots of rest yesterday. This week is jammed packed and then we are off to Jackson Hole for a few days without the kiddos. I'm really looking forward to the cooler temps.
I have to tell you that the pants might be the most comfortable pants in my closet PLUS they are so stylish. I scored them at the Hunter Bell sample sale here in Houston a few weeks ago. If you don't know Hunter Bell you are missing out. She is the sweetest soul and and amazing designer. She currently moved to Houston from New York with her cute family and opened up a studio to start designing in Houston. I am beyond thrilled! She has a great eye and I love everything she has to offer. I wanted to pair these pants with something that dressed them up a little but not too much. I added a fitted white blazer and it turned out perfectly. This is a good look to transition into the Fall. I can ditch the blazer if I get too warm.
