Shipping Policy

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you cannot find this email, be sure to check your spam mailbox—if afterward it is still not found, please contact us.

 

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to order processing, handling, and packing of the products you purchase and delivering them to you. 

Shipping rates are based on real carrier rates and vary depending on the products ordered and the shipping address. 

To determine your specific shipping cost, you must add the items to your cart, input your address, and calculate shipping rates.

Products typically ship within 2 business days, if not sooner.  Our goal for customer service is to always under-promise and over-deliver.

As soon as your shipment is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer in control. The carrier does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

We don't accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error or damage on our part. If this is the case with your order, you will need to contact us within 3 days from the day it is received.​ Please note, we can not process a return for damages if the product has been written in or used. 

We are unable to accommodate planner cover style changes, cancellations, or exchanges, as well as any name or shipping address changes after an order has been placed. We cannot combine or split orders or contact shipping companies to correct shipping addresses post the checkout process.
