Shipping Policy

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you cannot find this email, be sure to check your spam mailbox—if afterward it is still not found, please contact us.

Shipping rates are based on real carrier rates (Post Express) and vary depending on the products ordered - weight and value. Prices for Serbia are determined on the Serbian version of the website, or just click on the following link: https://www.simplyollie.com/sr/shipping-and-returns

To determine your specific shipping cost, add the items to your cart, input your address, and calculate shipping rates. Please notice that the shipping cost calculated on the website doesn't include a ransom, the extra fee that is based on the package value.

Products typically ship within 3-5 business days, if not sooner. Our goal for customer service is to always under-promise and over-deliver.

As soon as your shipment is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer in control. The package carrier does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number. 

At checkout, you can also select local pickup. Our store is located in Belgrade, Šamačka 2.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges when there is an error or damage on our part. If this is the case with your order, you will need to contact us within 3 days from the day it is received.​ Please note, we can not process a return for damages if the product has been written in or used. 

If you want to update or change your order, please contact us in the next 24h. We are unable to accommodate planner cover style changes, cancellations, or exchanges, as well as any name or shipping address changes after an order has been shipped. We cannot combine or split orders or contact shipping companies to correct shipping addresses post the checkout process.
